“Our weekly poker game is coming up, where are my chips?”

At Big Blind Online, our main priority is our customers. All orders received will leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Once your package leaves our storage facilities, you will be notified via email with your FedEx tracking number and pertinent information.

“What carriers do you use for shipping?”

Due to the weight (many don't realize that a 1000pc 13.5g poker chip set weighs over 40lbs) and size of our products, Big Blind Online offers various FedEx shipping options. The default shipping method, FedEx Ground, the most economical shipping method should have your order at your door within 5 working days anywhere in the contiguous US. Expedited shipping options such as FedEx 2-3 day or overnight are also available.

“How do you calculate shipping?”

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the current FedEx shipping rate tables, we do not charge a handling fee nor take any portion of the shipping for your order. Please keep in mind that all our products are casino quality, which means very heavy.

“How do you ship your tables?”

Big Blind Online takes every precaution to assure that your tables arrive safe and unblemished. Our full size tables and Gen Custom Professional series all ship via freight therefore must be custom crated before shipping. All tables will be crated and shipped in no more than 48 hours, and will arrive within 10 days anywhere in the contiguous US. Due to the oversized nature of the item, shipping is limited to commercial addresses, as it needs to be fork-lifted off the trucks.

In receiving your table, please inspect all damages immediately upon receiving and note all damages in the bill of lading while delivery driver is still present . Damages occurred during shipping are the responsibility of the freight company, and compensation is paid out by them. Tables are always sent insured, so inspect the unit like a hawk!
