Instead, we took the road traveled by fortune 500 companies such as Nike, Motorola, Volkswagen, and other brands that care about their image by personally planting ourselves at the source. From inception to completion, to inspection and acceptance, all final decisions for all our poker tables are decided by us, not the factory. By keeping control over the manufacturing process, Big Blind Online introduced custom poker tables that were by far superior to their mass produced counterparts, but retained the aggressive price points demanded by consumers.

1. Idea – We come up with a design that we like, something unique or stylish
2. Specs and materials – we come up with exact specifications for our new poker table line, including materials (all materials and fabrics are hand picked), size, packaging and special characteristics. Only when we have approved all the specs, does the factory begin pre-production.
3. Pre-production – we make a mock demo according to our specs and standards, then analyze which aspects needs to be adjusted or revised
4. Production – Once we have perfected our model table, we begin production. Our large purchasing patterns allow us to utilize the international production capabilities to our advantage, and because we work exclusively with the factory, we keep our costs down because we do not deal with any middleman.
5. Inspection – After our tables have been manufactured, we tell the factory not to box our tables. Instead, we have them layout over 100 units on their floor (this takes up an entire floor of their factor and is a pretty crazy sight to witness) and personally go over ever single unit with our 30-point inspection process. 6. Acceptance/Decline – If a poker table fails to pass any part of our 30 point quality control inspection, it is declined and sold to the factory's mass produced customers. The remaining flawless tables are boxed according to our specs and scheduled for shipping. Does this attention to detail cost more?
