If your product(s) are received in damaged or broken condition, Big Blind Online will issue a refund or exchange for the full purchase price. Items not covered under BigBlindOnline.net's guarantee are items physically damaged or misused. Big Blind Online shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer or for any malfunctioning caused by the customer. Big Blind Online shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any personal property that is damaged by proper or improper use of our products. Big Blind Online makes no express warranties except those stated in Big Blind Online's applicable warrantee statement, effect on the date of the order invoice.
Payment Processing

Big Blind Online does not physically process online payments, but will work with our customers to clear up any payment related issues immediately. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in brand new condition with original packing. If the product is returned opened or appears used, there is a 25% restocking fee for replacement. Shipping and handling charges for all returned or exchanged items are non-refundable.
Insurance
All products ordered on BigBlindOnline.net are insured for the purchasing price. In the event that products arrive damaged at your location, we can file for a damage claim through the shipping carrier for your purchased price. You must either mark ˇ°refuseˇ± on the package or state the damages on the bill of lading. We will replace the item free of charge to the customer. Exchanges must be authorized and submitted to our personnel within 10 days of the purchase date
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, the customer must file a request before 2PM PST of the order day. If an item is cancelled after 2PM, an 8% cancellation fee will be applied. The 8% cancellation fee will cover credit card settlement fees.
