This is our way of giving our customers a bit of peace of mind. If your table malfunctions within the realm of normal use, or find a problem relating exclusively to materials or construction within our warranty period, we will replace your unit. A poker table is an investment, and we treat every order that way!

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover wear and tear and user induced accidents. As much as we would like to, we cannot cover everything that our tables will be put through, especially because beer and cards go hand in hand. A good tip for keeping your playing surface looking new is to Scotch Guard it before the first use. Torn vinyl from incorrect moving (always move your table with 2 people!), beer stains, or damage from improper use of table are not covered. Be nice to your table and it will last a life time. Finally, bad beats does not count as manufacturer's defect.

We may ask for digital documentation for damage claims, but if it's our fault we'll replace it or make it right immediately!
